Dog friendly buses and railways could help improve revenue
It isn't workable.There is a public safety issue on vehicles. Service Animals are literally equipment trained to perform specific tasks. They aren't pets. This isn't about revenue or fun. It's about properly accommodating a person with a disability.
It works in other cities on public transportation with strict guidelines. For example, animals with weight/height restrictions need to be in a carrier at all times. No service animal requirements.
